Joscelyn's work is awarded Second Prize at the Open Studio National Printmaking Awards

Joscelyn Gardner's lithograph Manihot flabellifolia (Old Catalina) was awarded the Second Prize at the Open Studio National Printmaking Awards held at the Palais Royale in Toronto in May. The other prize winners included Shogo Okada from Toronto (First Prize) and Chloe Beaulac from Montreal (Third Prize). Honourable Mentions went to Erik Edson (Sackville, NB), Robert Truszkowski (Regina, SK), and Daryl Vocat (Toronto, ON). In the photo above, Joscelyn is seen receiving her award from Jury member, Ann MacDonald (Director/Curator of the Doris McCarthy Gallery). The second photo shows the Award winners with Jury and Committee members.
