Caribbean: Crossroads of the World (April 18 - August 14, 2014) curated by Elvis Fuentes opened at the fabulous new Perez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) in April and Joscelyn traveled there to attend the opening events and a parallel two-day symposium entitled Transnational Histories. The exhibition highlights "over two centuries of rarely seen works—from paintings and sculptures to prints, photographs, installations, films, and videos—dating from the Haitian Revolution to the present." One of Gardner's large colour woodcut prints from the 90s that is in the Frans Maestre Collection in Miami was included in this version of the exhibition. Caribbean: Crossroads of the World was originally shown at three museums in NY from 2012-2013.
